Welcome to CourtSide IQ. By downloading, installing, or using the CourtSide IQ mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code.

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

CourtSide IQ offers subscription plans to access its features.

• Weekly Plan: $1.99 per week.

• Monthly Plan: $5.99 per month.

• New accounts that select the monthly plan receive a free 7 day trial. The trial is not available with the weekly plan.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.

All payments are handled by Apple. We do not store or process your payment information. Refunds are issued by Apple through https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of the stats and information you enter into the App.

• Maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials if applicable.

• Using the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

4. Children’s Use

CourtSide IQ is designed for use by parents, guardians, and trainers. Player profiles may be created for children, but children under 13 should not use the App directly without parental supervision.

5. Data and Privacy

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App and its content belong to CourtSide IQ and its licensors. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data, or reliability of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourtSide IQ and its owners, employees, or partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Loss of data, inaccuracies in user-entered stats, or inability to access the App.

• Issues caused by third-party services such as Apple, hosting providers, or analytics tools.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time through Apple.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you in the App or through other means. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
