CourtSide IQ ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the CourtSide IQ mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the terms described here.

Player profiles you create, such as names or nicknames, age group, and any other details you choose to enter.
Game statistics you manually log in the App.
Contact information you provide if you reach out for support, including email address.
Information Collected Automatically
Device information such as model, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
App usage data, such as which features are used and crash reports.
Payment and subscription information handled securely through Apple’s in-app purchase system. We do not store or process your credit card details.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
Provide and improve the App and its features.
Display game statistics, averages, and trends.
Maintain separate profiles for up to 3 players.
Respond to customer service requests.
Monitor and improve performance, security, and stability.
Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your information is stored securely using trusted third-party cloud services. We take reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information only in the following situations:
With service providers who help us operate and maintain the App (such as cloud hosting or analytics).

CourtSide IQ is intended for use by parents, guardians, and trainers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. Parents or guardians who create profiles for children are responsible for the information entered.
If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
6. Subscriptions and Purchases
CourtSide IQ is offered on a subscription basis. You can choose a weekly plan or a monthly plan.
The weekly plan costs $1.99 per week.
The monthly plan costs $5.99 per month.
New customers who select the monthly subscription receive a free 7 day trial. The trial is not available with the weekly plan.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings.
Refunds are managed by Apple. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
Access the information we hold about you.
Request corrections or updates to your information.
Request deletion of your data.
Opt out of certain data uses, where applicable by law.

8. Data Retention
